This policy explains what personal information is collected on this site, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
What we collect
When you submit the form. We collect what you provide: name, email, phone, city, project type, timeline, and description. This is used only to connect you with an interior designer and answer your request. It is sent by email through Resend and hosted on Cloudflare.
When you accept analytics. If, and only if, you accept the consent banner, we use Microsoft Clarity. It records your session: pages viewed, clicks, mouse movement, scrolling, device type and browser. If you decline, the tool is never loaded and no data is sent.
We use no advertising tools, no social media pixels, and we neither sell nor rent your information.
Why

Consent
Analytics are enabled only after your explicit consent. You may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the button at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.
Retention and hosting
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up on them. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, email is delivered through Resend, and Microsoft Clarity processes browsing data. These providers may process or store information outside Quebec, including in the United States.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Write to us to exercise any of these; we respond within the 30 days the law provides.
Confidentiality incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
